Palestine Conflict (Last Episode)

Palestine Conflict (Last Episode)

After all, the land has been occupied by the Israeli’s and the peace talks have ended in 2014 which gave rise to the new era of conflicts. Violence has increased significantly over the years and the Jews were having eyes on the holy city of Jerusalem. The resistance from the people of Palestine was increasing day by day and now the conflicts increased to a larger extent as the Israeli forces have been pushing hard to capture the Holy city of Jerusalem. Finally, in 2017, the city of Jerusalem was occupied by the Israeli forces. In 2017 with the support of the international community especially America the capital of Israel was changed from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Hamas is the group which is constantly in conflict with the forces of Israel. Gaza was considered to be free from  Israel in 2005 but today the Gaza strip is also under the control of Israel. Within the Palestinians there are two groups one is supporting Mahmood Abbas and the other is Hamas on the Gaza strip and in this situation the international community is supporting the group who is supporting Mahmood Abbas. The administrative arrangement of Mahmood Abbas is considered as legitimate administration. Currently, the immigration towards Jordan is also quite rapid which is making the control of Palestinians on their land quite weak. After the declaration of the new Israeli capital Jerusalem, the people of Palestine went on the back foot. Now the conflicts between the citizens of Palestine and the forces of Israel are increasing and the silence of the international community is adding the fuel to the fire.

UN has failed to maintain peace in the region and provide the Palestinians their basic rights to live in their homeland and the support of the international powers with Israel has made the stance of the anti-Arab movement in the region very clear. Israeli forces are using the brutal system to evacuate the remaining land which is present in the form of occupied Palestine.

Palestine Conflict (Episode-4)

Palestine Conflict (Episode-4)

Palestine

Zionist movements further strengthened and the land which was being purchased by the Jews increased further leading to a larger Israel. International recognition of Palestine as the homeland of Jews. Till 1930 there were no evident conflicts between the Palestinians and the Jews settling in Palestine. Palestinians were trying to maintain peaceful relations with the international community and the British people. When the Zionist movements continued it gave birth to new conflicts between the Arabs in Palestine and the Jews settling in Palestine. Three men who were accused of giving the strength to conflicts were executed.
Jews were having eyes on more and more land of Palestine. Every year the land allocated to the Jews in Palestine was tripling. In 1935 the Jewish immigrants in Palestine numbered to almost 60,000 and this seriously frightened the people of Palestine. This was also the indication of the rising state of Israel. People of Palestine were having an eye on the Holy city of Jerusalem. Occupied land of Palestine increased up to a huge extent and the conflicts kept on increasing which changed the shape of conflicts to the fight for freedom. In the absence of the international support, the people of occupied Palestine with the new name of Israel could only watch their homeland going in the hands of Jews. Sheikh Izz Ad-Din Al-Qassam made the revolutionary conflicting army to fight against the Zionist movement but his men were stricken down by the British army.
British fully supported the movement of Jews for a new Israel and their movement was rendered as a national movement. Flag of Israel was anchored in Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv was declared as the capital of Israel in the 1920’s. With the passage of time and in the 1930’s the situation got worse for the people of Palestine as they were deprived of their basic rights and they were pushed to immigrate to the neighboring country like Jordan. International silence and the British role in humiliating the Palestinian people was very prominent.

Palestine Conflict (Episode:3)

Palestine Conflict (Episode-3)

Jews watched the space to make Hebrew the official language of Palestine and put forward their recommendation to do so. In 1908 Najib Nissar indicated in his writings about the Zionist movements. Arabs and Palestinians were aware of the Zionist concept right from the beginning and they kept an eye on their movements. In 1914 World War added more fuel to the fire and the area of Occupied Palestine increased further. British settlement in the land of Palestine pushed the people of Palestine to leave and the post-settlement situation was full of conflicts. In 1915 the Memorandum with the name of “The Future Palestine” was the base for the new homeland of Jews in the land of Palestine.

In 1917 the British cabinet approved the establishment of the Jewish state in the land of Palestine. Rothschild convinced the British government to make a clear statement regarding the establishment of the Jewish state who was watching clear opportunities for cash. On December 11, 1917, the British Army led by General Edmund Allenby attacked Jerusalem and occupied the land. One of the members of the army David Ben-Gurion, later on, became the Prime Minister of Israel. 50,000 Jews settled in newly occupied Palestine now called Israel which was approximately 10 % of the population. The conflicts ended in 1918 after the Peace Conference in Paris.

People of Palestine were totally against the capturing of their Holy city and the conflicts were more likely to increase. Israel was limited to the Holy city at this time. The Faisal Bin Hassan agreement with Weizmann acted as approval in the eyes of the historians about the verification of the Jewish homeland in Palestine. This was the rapid start of the expansion of Israel.  In 1919 the Zionist movements speeded up and the information was collected by the Jewish people by keeping an eye on which of the Arabs were ready to sell their land. Jews were strengthening their international alliances. In 1920 Herbert Samuel was appointed as British High Commissioner for Palestine. Herbert Samuel was given the responsibility to make Israel legally visible.

Palestine Conflict (Episode: 2)

Palestine Conflict (Episode: 2)

In 1907 the British Government established a committee to make a strategy to bring the people of Muslim Arab who were part of the Ottoman Empire towards the purpose. The committee after their work in the region reported to the British Prime Minister Henry Cambell Bannerman to establish an unbiased state which neither has any conflict with the Jews and the people of Palestine. The committee recommended establishing strong relations with the rest of Europe and the neighboring countries in order to increase the dominance of British influence. The survival of this unbiased state is dependent upon the European colonialism. Moreover, such a state could survive by keeping the neighboring states weak.
Europeans were of the opinion that the establishment of the Jewish state would be good for them as they feel more comfortable with Jews as compared to the Arabs. In 1907 Chaim Weizmann an emerging chemist who had a deep eye on the land of Palestine wanted to establish the company in Jaffa which would make the plan to occupy Palestine and convert it into Israel easier to implement. His business was supported by Barron de Rothschild. When the business was started the major business deal was closed within the first three years of business operations. In the region of Marj Ibn Amer in Palestine 10,000 dunums of land was purchased which disturbed the farmers in Palestine. It was the Jewish National Fund which purchased the land and it seemed that the land was occupied by the Jews.

Almost 60,000 were pushed to leave the land of Marj Ibn Amer and this was a clear indication of the first big occupied chunk for the Jews in the land of Palestine. This colonialism was very rapid because it was intended not only to exploit the people of Palestine but it was intended to force them out of the land and bring the land under the occupation of Jews. Zionist movements started to be more severe and the occupied land of Palestine was turning into Israel making Israel and the emerging Jewish state. The only way to occupy the land was to force the farmers out of the land and let the Jews from Yemen and the rest of Europe to settle in the land.

Palestine Conflict (Episode: 1)

Root Cause of Muslim’s Devastation

As a Muslim, we are concerned about the Palestine territory as well as about our Muslim brother as they are massacred in routine.
The root cause of Muslims being defeated in all areas and being massacred in all parts of the world is that they have left practicing their religion’s teachings.  Muslim’s life on this planet is directly connected with their deeds. They have the option to do good deeds and they will be given a good life here. Otherwise, they will be punished severely

Conflict History

Basically modern Palestine conflict’s history is based in 1799 when Napoleon Bonaparte has surrounded the Ottoman Controlled Palestine. He, to secure allies, offered Jews the Land of Palestine while saying that Palestinians are their opponents for ages.
Napoleon’s voice was widely raised but he could not be able to succeed in his motto. Later on British rulers for the purpose of controlling the Egyptian Governor Muhammad Ali’s influence at around 1840s. At that time there was a smaller proportion perhaps two or three thousand in Ottoman-controlled Palestine. But in later years, immigration rate increase supported by French and British sponsors as well. It looks, it was totally a planned activity to give birth to the Jewish state in Palestine. Some of these sponsors are still very famous amongst the Israeli School Children and their remains are still protected in Israel.
The term Zionism was first used in around late 19th century by an Author. Actually, Zion is the ancient name of the Jerusalem deduced through Bible.

At the ending of the 19th century, a journalist Herzl predicted the foundation of the Jewish state in the Palestine area. Herzl along with two others have called the First Zionist Congress in Basel’s Swiss city and this Congress has adopted the agenda of the establishment of the Jewish state in Palestine. Herzl campaigned for the state by contacting powerful European states and started convincing them.

Role of the international powers towards developing and underdeveloped nations

Introduction:

Evolution process is inevitable in the world and no one can deny such fact and under it, with the passage of time humans transformed themselves into groups, families, tribes, and communities and owing to these aspects soon stage came when the concept of a welfare state was introduced into the world. Today human population across the corners of the world is divided into classes, tribes, nations and same have devised certain rules and regulation which are both self-created and also related to guidance from spiritual personalities and multidimensional beliefs as regard to the existence of Allah. For successful administration of a state, it is vital that there must be a constitution, organized structures, the existence of public authorities, regulators and elected government which aims at maximum in terms of protection of human rights, availability of basic necessities and security of territorial integrity and sovereignty of the state. The consensus among all of the stakeholders must be there so that concept of the welfare state may be implemented in letter and spirit in the society and essence of progress and developments in all walks of life seen.

Parameters for the successful state:

Life is a race and sense of competition across the corners of the world has introduced various trends and parameters upon the basis of which success rate of a state can be measured. Various social indicators like poverty, education, unemployment, availability of basic necessities and concern of public authorities in promoting the living standard of common man help in the determination of successful state. Today world is experiencing the pace of progress at very fast rate and such progress has transformed the whole of the world into a global village owing to which international economies and businesses are now in a position to interact on 24/7 basis under kindness of social media and other technological aspects. European and American countries are in particular enjoying and implementing successful policies and approaches which are proving instrumental in enlisting these among power brokers in global politics and trendsetters in economic spheres. All such has been possible owing to concern towards making state at the maximum level successful for collective benefits.

Impact and causes of failed states:

Today on the map of the world it can be clearly seen that many countries are facing economic, political and social challenges which have made public authorities so much ineffective that their importance is perceived just in terms of symbolic presence and nothing else. Causes of failure of these states like Afghanistan, Somalia, and Iraq can be summed up in the following manner:

Political groups and sects are much powerful in developing countries like Afghanistan and Somalia which have snatched almost decision-making powers of central governments.
International powers interference in internal matters pertaining to these states and situation of civil war have also aggravated the situation for these states.

The biased approach of international media in presenting real picture of these states is also one of the prominent causes of failure of these states. Such situation has resulted in frustration, lawlessness, and sense of deprivation among various segments of society in particular young generation belonging to these states.

Human capital and natural resources are underutilized owing to such situation and same has led to unhealthy activities like crimes and aggression towards each other.

Regional disturbances and micro aspects:

Failed states in the world like Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, and Syria have been experiencing the essence of regional disturbances and these are producing enormous impacts upon global political and economic aspects in a diversified manner. Such disturbances and other micro aspects can be widely discussed in the following manner:
Religious organization under the title of Hezbollah is concentrating upon anti-state activities in Iraq and it is also perceived that same is being supported by international powers owing to which whole of the Arab world is experiencing disturbance.
Northern Alliance in Afghanistan is also enjoying the support of various funded organizations and states owing to which crime rate has multiplied enormously during the last couple of years in that country and such situation has created the perception of a failed state for Afghanistan. Apart from that on various occasions, US administration has itself admitted that it does not have complete control over Afghanistan and our success is not certain yet.
Regional disturbances have led to various micro issues in these states like lawlessness, poverty, unemployment and such situation is very much alarming for international organizations and trendsetters in world politics like the USA and the European Union.

Failed states blessing in disguise for terrorists:

When countries experience inefficient functioning of public institutions, lack of respect for rule of law and mutual consensus among all of the stakeholders then this results in the decline of states and ultimately leads to failure in the long run. Such situation is considered a golden opportunity for terrorist groups and organizations who always remain in search for factors that can be used as a weapon by these for the protection of western interests in the long run. After the disintegration of USSR in early 90’s when Afghanistan was left at the mercy of international powers the whole world witnessed extreme instability and power tussle among various militant groups who were united against USSR for long. Such situation also disturbed neighboring states like Pakistan where people became aware of weapon culture and smuggling of drugs and narcotics. When US government tried to dismantle Farah aided in Somalia it was experienced by USA and UN forces during the war in early 1992 that various factors like lack of awareness, lawlessness, exploitation and unstable central government were at their peak. All such factors lead to the fact that failed states ultimately prove a blessing for terrorists in an adverse manner.

Role of the international community:

UN charter and divine principles which have been explained in various religions have clearly expressed that to serve the humanity is above to all other aspects regardless of nation, group and territorial distribution. People in various developing countries in general and in failed states, in particular, are experiencing disturbing lives owing to various factors which have been discussed earlier and owing to it natural and human resources are ending in smoke. In this regard, it is the foremost responsibility of regional and international powers to move forward and render their due portion of moral obligation so that people here may enjoy provisions of life in a comfortable manner. UNO has so far rendered its due role towards various states like Congo, Liberia and Bosnia under its peacekeeping missions and also its various organs like WHO, UNICEF and UNESCO are playing their due role but after all role of developed countries is of paramount nature in this regard.

Historical aspects:

The world has witnessed that after the incident of nine eleven US government under the leadership of George Bush initiated war against terrorism and NATO forces under such leadership stood in favor of USA and furiously responded towards terrorists in Afghanistan and Al Qaeda’s main leaders like Mullah Omer and Osama Bin Laden were in particular targeted. The State of Afghanistan was experiencing the essence of lawlessness, crimes and other social evils at that time and thus such war proved training ground for international powers to test their military muscle so as to nip the evil in bud. Contrary to aims and expectations international powers started interfering in regional matters unduly owing to which people belonging to such country instead of pocketing benefits faced the even worst situation. Picture of Iraq in 2003 was not much different from Afghanistan when issues of torture and humiliating attitude appeared before international media in Abu Grebe prison and furious bombing by US planes in various locations of Afghanistan that resulted in the loss of cultural heritage and causalities in thousands.

Conflict among regional and international powers:

War against terrorism was initiated so as to root out the menace of terrorism at maximum level but contrary to that world not only witnessed further instability in failed states like Afghanistan and Iraq but also such aspect resulted in a conflict among regional and international powers. Russia former Soviet Union was in search of an opportunity to pay back what it experienced during the cold war to Afghanistan and indirectly other regional powers like Pakistan, China, Iran and India also rendered their role by considering soil of Afghanistan as training ground which could secure their western interests at large. Such situation led to the fact that sovereignty of Afghanistan was in jeopardy and same proved true to a large extent when China and India started their investments by considering the USA as its rival in such country. During last sixteen years, aims and objectives of war against terrorism which were set with commitment and passion have not been achieved so far at the maximum.

Economic and political aspects of intervention:

The intervention of international powers in various failed states has produced enormous impacts upon these in a diversified manner and it is also a fact that people belonging to these states have not pocketed benefits which were associated with the fact that international powers will determine their future course of action. Various economic and political aspects of intervention can be seen in the following manner:
As compared to past although in certain areas like infrastructural developments and advanced means of communication improvements can be seen economic growth and development of these states as discussed earlier have not uplifted at an appreciable level.
Establishment of pro-American governments in both Afghanistan and Iraq have not provided fruitful results in terms of welfare and other social indicators since policy making, planning and decision making are at limited levels in the hands of locally established governments and US policymakers are not ready to rely completely on even their own established governments.
US policymakers believe that these governments have strong connections with regional powers, military agencies and militant groups and in the presence of these elements how it is possible that sovereignty of these states is secured in the eyes of common man.

Power tussle and future of failed states:

Presence of US-led military alliance in Asian and Arab regions have so far produced negative impacts as compared to achievements in the eyes of global think tanks since every member nation of NATO has shown its concerns and views about impacts of war against terrorism upon economic and political structures of these countries and after all ultimate solution to such situation can never be devised without consulting local communities and groups. In this regard so far, future of above-mentioned countries is still uncertain since apart from injection of billions of dollars so far desirable results have not been achieved and internal disputes also demand the attention of political trendsetters in the world.

Current perspective and role of UNO:

Under the given situation role of UNO is paramount in nature since such global forum has the capability to implement its charter that provides respect to sovereignty and territorial integrity of failed states. People who belong to these states are not only reluctant to disseminate their role for the progress and development of their nation but also across the corners of the world where under the concept of information age world is witnessing marvelous inventions and discoveries. International powers must respect and give significance to decisions and resolutions of UNO so that common misperception of biased attitude of such forum may be abolished at the maximum.

Recommendations and suggestions:

In view of global perspectives related to failed states and issue of their sovereignty, various suggestions and recommendations may be put forward for benefits of neglected states and their people and these are in the following manner:
Regional powers and strong political and religious groups must be given due importance by international powers so that for collective benefits policies and plans may be devised.
Role of UNO and other regional security agencies must be enhanced in failed states since to understand traditions and norms of these states are much easier for local stakeholders as compared to others.

Conclusion:

Every nation and country deserve respect and such element must be ensured at maximum level by international powers in terms of sovereignty since under UN charter and various religious guidelines moving beyond ethics and limitations lead to aggression, deprivation and in extreme cases unexpected response as was faced by the USA in Vietnam.

3Ds Essential to Scaling Your Business

3 D’s Essential to Scaling Your Business
A business to be successful always needs efficiency in its operations and ability to cope with any unforeseen threat from the business environment. It may include predictable or unpredictable threat also. Business threats may include those which are industry and business environment threats; like Overall market size diminishing or it may also include non-industry external threats. Like that of change in legal circumstances etc.
Once business focus towards coping with threats by trying to predict and plan for business and non-business threats, it scales its current position and then tries to create change by focusing its efforts towards being more sustainable.
Sustainability can be achieved by appropriate and exactly predicting weaknesses. It is advisable for predicting weaknesses, that management should also focus on what amount of professional competence and commitment they need towards being more sustainable by looking on the right side of the scale.
Scaling can be somewhat challenging, when not combined with experience and suitable intelligence. If we exactly define scaling, then it is preparation for the business to cope with any sort of challenge to prove its sustainability and correctly addressing going concern issues.
Business issues are in bulk and exact categorization requires efforts but for simple understanding, we can categorize them as financial issues, human resource issues, market change issues, planning related issues and external environment related issues etc.
Further business threats can be of trivial nature, intermediate nature and can be large at the scale. For addressing trivial issues minimal efforts are enough while dealing with medium scale and large scale issues, the same amount of expertise will be needed to put in to get the desired results and sustainability.
There are mainly three components of the business scaling;
§       Design
§       Document
§       Delegate
Design
Design refers to the structuring of the processes and routines within the business in such a way they may be performed with efficiency and generate quick results but at affordable and desired pace. Because only focusing the speed of the process can reduce the quality of the results to be generated.
When a business starts growing, its tasks become more and more complicated with the passage of the time. To deal with complications people need assistance either from a level higher in the hierarchy or from their peers. This can affect somewhat be dealt with ease when business is in its starting point but to deal with complications at a larger scale require greatest efforts.
To deal with such cases by advance scaling, wise business management focus on the development of the policies and the procedures to address the issues and achieve efficiency in its operations, whether it is communication or documentation or any other issues, a formal mechanism is developed keeping in focus efficiency.
If a business cannot focus on the development of formal policies and designing of formal procedures to deal with such issues at initial stages, it becomes more complicated and difficult to resolve process and policies issues at later stages. At this stage of the complication, the only external consultant can best help to cope with this requirement because rigidness of the organization and its people over the years of practice in current informal procedures creates resentment even with the name of the change and it became approximately impossible for internal management to deal with such issues with ease.
However, policy and procedure designing should be combined with expertise and knowledge to get favorable results.
Document
After designing stage of the procedure, there comes documentation stage to keep the policy in place and as a referral book in situations needing guidance. If policies are not properly documented, again confusion can be created and every time management has to tell about any issue arises regarding the conflict in the designed processes at the implementation stage.
Designed documentation should be supported by appropriate charts and guidance to make it easy to understand. Once documentation is complete, documentation sharing should be restricted access only with the principal of relevancy. The relevant department should access only its own designed process documents and not those of other departments.
Delegate
Once documents are prepared and distributed to relevant departments, now comes the delegation of duties related to every process. Delegation should be based on equality in every department and further, there should be an appropriate amount of delegation.
Management of relevant department should focus on training and implementation of the procedure in addition to having a continuous check on the smooth running of the system with designed processes rather than holding everything in own café with less delegation.
Concluding Remarks
The above-said rules are the core for proper scaling of business and their implementation will help businesses achieve their targets.

Days and Nights of People

Dear readers!

Assalam o Alaikum

This post is regarding days and nights, people making efforts for and how they need correct directions for putting efforts for results.

There are many types of people regarding efforts, details are;
  • Those who believe that this world is not a final destination for human beings and they putt their efforts for their final resting place along with Strong faith in what LORD said to them, because, they believe this world is only a resting station and a place for preparation regarding the final destination. These kind of people were those, who only put their efforts to make life hereinafter successful.
  • People who have been of the view that they have destination after here along with belief in LORD's orders but put their efforts for this life and also for life hereafter. If people of this category who put their efforts into this life as per right guidance provided by ALLAH and with these efforts, they do not hurt their schedules for deeds requiring success in "Akhirah", are also successful.
  • People who believe that they are accountable for their deeds, but does not put the required amount of efforts for successful life referred hereinafter, and put their maximum efforts for this worldly life, will be unsuccessful in Akhirah for longer periods and they will accomplish the required punishment, but there will be a time, when they will be decided by their Lord to be successful, because they were believers. However, belief from the core of the heart is needed.
  • In 4th category are those people, who were not believers of their Creator as Lord said them to believe. They will be unsuccessful with no chance of success at any stage. These are the people, who will wish to be "shattered their bodies in form of mud", but this won't work for them.

So people, believe your ALLAH, put the right amount of efforts to be successful for your own sake.
You need to select right category and then stick to it.

ALLAH bless you all.

Please try to visit once in a week to read guided posts for you.

Working Environments Contribute to Behaviors and Business Fate

Hi readers!

This post is written to draw attention of entrepreneurs and employees of corporate world.

There are organizations focussed on nice working relationship terms and they call it "addition to the business".

There are others, focussed on corrupting employees and they call it "professionalism".

As far as employment is concerned, people should not be made slaves, rather they must be realized to be part of the working groups.

Among others, following are a list of benefits,  which a motivated employee can provide;
1. Efficiency in tasks
2. Cost saving
3. Product and service quality
4. Safety to internal database
5. Building a client base and
Various other contributions to the organisation.

In contrast to factors mentioned under motivated employee's caption, demotivated employee because of negativities in working environment can corrupt the whole organization.

For example every business setup either be a supplier of merchandise or that of service provider, possess a strong as well as weak asset simultaneously in shape of "Goodwill", and demotivated employees due to intra organisational behavioural negativities, can ruin this asset through negative social media compaigns.

So, in modern world, providing a soothing working environment is a need of every business and " saith culture", cannot leave businesses to run for longer periods.

Thanks for your time.
