Zionist
movements further strengthened and the land which was being purchased by the
Jews increased further leading to a larger Israel.
International recognition of Palestine as the homeland of Jews. Till
1930 there were no evident conflicts
between the Palestinians and the
Jews settling in Palestine. Palestinians were trying to maintain
peaceful relations with the international
community and the British people.
When the Zionist movements continued it gave birth to new conflicts between the Arabs in Palestine
and the Jews settling in Palestine.
Three men who were accused of giving the strength to conflicts were executed.
Jews
were having eyes on more and more
land of Palestine. Every year the
land allocated to the Jews in Palestine
was tripling. In 1935 the Jewish immigrants in Palestine numbered to almost 60,000 and this seriously frightened
the people of Palestine. This was also the indication of the rising state of Israel. People of Palestine were
having an eye on the Holy city of
Jerusalem. Occupied land of Palestine increased up to a huge extent
and the conflicts kept on increasing
which changed the shape of conflicts
to the fight for freedom. In the absence of the international support, the people
of occupied Palestine with the new
name of Israel could only watch
their homeland going in the hands of Jews. Sheikh Izz Ad-Din Al-Qassam made the
revolutionary conflicting army to
fight against the Zionist movement but his men were stricken down by the
British army.
British fully
supported the movement of Jews for a new Israel
and their movement was rendered as a national movement. Flag of Israel was anchored in Tel Aviv and Tel
Aviv was declared as the capital of Israel
in the 1920’s. With the passage of time and in the 1930’s the situation got
worse for the people of Palestine as they were deprived of
their basic rights and they were pushed to immigrate to the neighboring country
like Jordan. International silence
and the British role in humiliating the Palestinian
people was very prominent.
