In 1915 the Memorandum with the name of “The Future Palestine” was the base for the new homeland of Jews in the land of Palestine.

In 1917 the British cabinet approved the establishment of the Jewish state in the land of Palestine. Rothschild convinced the British government to make a clear statement regarding the establishment of the Jewish state who was watching clear opportunities for cash. On December 11, 1917, the British Army led by General Edmund Allenby attacked Jerusalem and occupied the land. One of the members of the army David Ben-Gurion, later on, became the Prime Minister of Israel. 50,000 Jews settled in newly occupied Palestine now called Israel which was approximately 10 % of the population. The committee recommended establishing strong relations with the rest of Europe and the neighboring countries in order to increase the dominance of British influence. The survival of this unbiased state is dependent upon the European colonialism. Moreover, such a state could survive by keeping the neighboring states weak.
Europeans were of the opinion that the establishment of the Jewish state would be good for them as they feel more comfortable with Jews as compared to the Arabs.
